If you are transacting at our BEC branches, we advise you to use the designated queue marks to maintain social distancing.

Customers who need to transact at BEC Branches
To combat COVID 19, the following measures will be adhered to at all BEC branches.
| All customers temperature will be taken as they enter the branch – if the temperature is high it will display RED and those customers cannot enter |
| All customers must wear masks at all times |
| Please use the social distancing stickers while waiting in the branch |
| Branches are sanitized daily to ensure cleanliness |
